Well, the Throstle Preacher IPA is kegged and bottled.
We will let you know when and where it is on sale in the next week or two. An early sample should be available at Sage Restaurant, Westport now or shortly, and of course at the brewery!
You can check out Wordsworth's poem Tables Turned for the name reference....
This is a traditional IPA, so slightly stronger and more hopped than a normal pale ale to survive the trip to India without losing flavour, but not excessively so.
The hop varieties in this IPA lend citrus, blackcurrant and pine notes, including grapefruit and passion fruit aftertaste, giving a refreshing, well balanced, crisp and smooth pint.
Delighted to be in the McKennas' Guide again for 2018!
Thanks to all our customers and followers and best of luck for 2018 the rest of 2017 before that!
